At Revived Bio Labs LLC, we strive to process and ship orders efficiently and reliably. Please read the following shipping terms carefully.
1. Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin once the package is handed over to the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery times may vary due to:
- Destination and geographic location
- Carrier schedules and volume
- Weather conditions
- Customs delays (for international orders)
- High seasonal demand
3. Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates as needed.
4. Risk of Loss Once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier, all risk of loss, damage, or delay passes to the carrier. Revived Bio Labs LLC is not responsible for any shipping delays, lost packages, or damages after the package leaves our facility.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Order number
- Detailed description of the damage
- Clear photos of the outer packaging and affected products
We will evaluate each claim on a case-by-case basis. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
7. International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We are not responsible for packages held or seized by customs.
